The desulfurization pump is a pump with corrosion resistance and is mainly used for transporting corrosive liquids. It is a widely used pump among general equipment pumps. The most common desulfurization pump is a horizontal cantilever single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump, which is specially designed and developed for transporting corrosive media containing fine particles. Common materials for desulfurization pumps are plastic pumps (common materials are UHMW-PE, etc.) and metal pumps. (Common materials are Cr30, 2507, etc.). The flow-through material is required to be wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and impact-resistant (because there is no valve at the outlet of the desulfurization pump, in order to prevent the huge water hammer effect of the liquid, the pump body is required to be impact-resistant) and temperature-resistant. (Generally minus 20 degrees to 90 degrees). The north requires that the machine seal has no external cooling water system and self-cooling is provided inside the pump body.
