The solid weight concentration is not greater than 40%, the solid particles are not greater than 61um, and the density is less than 1.3kg/l. The chloride ion content is not more than 2% mass concentration.
The mechanical seal has the following three characteristics. 1. The mechanical seal structure adopts double-end faces with low sealing water pressure. 2. The sealing device is equipped with a pressure gauge, which can easily measure the sealing water pressure and avoid failure due to lack or insufficient sealing water. Mechanical seal fails prematurely. 3. The sealing water can be recycled and does not enter the media process and has no impact on the process flow.
In the case of the above slurry, the material of the mechanical seal will also be adjusted accordingly. The moving and static rings are made of silicon carbide, the sealant is fluorine rubber, and the metal material is 316L or other stainless steel metal materials.
