The Food and Beverage Management program provides students with a broad and thorough foundation in restaurant management, beverage operations, managed food services, and special events. Coursework emphasizes the role of guest services, effective oral and written communication, teamwork, management and leadership strategies, ethical decision-making, and critical thinking.
