It takes 21 days to change a behaviour pattern.
‘Recovery Roadmap: 21-Day Sober Challenge’ is a challenging and satisfying course that will keep you on the right track, whether it’s your first 21 days sober or you’re looking to supercharge your current sober streak!
My name is Matt Gardiner – I am a certified Recovery Coach, Life Coach and Breathwork Guide. I also have a certification in Sound Therapy.
I help gray-area drinkers regain control and rediscover who they truly are.
My alcohol-free date is April 8th, 2019.
I was a gray-area drinker for most of my adult life and found myself in the midst of some serious binges towards the end of my alcohol experience.
I know, first-hand, how dangerous these patterns of alcoholism can be, and how hopeless one can feel while in the grips of addiction.
Here is an overview of the Course:
Lesson 1: Addiction Toolbox: Dealing with the most urgent, immediate challenges in early sobriety.
Lesson 2: Addressing the ‘Why’: Doing a deep dive into why your addictive patterns are present in your life.
Lesson 3: Inner Dialogue Upgrade: Addressing the words you say that create limiting beliefs and “stuckness”.
Lesson 4: Exercises: To finish off the course, let’s do these exercises to get some more perspective & awareness.
“Rediscover Who You Truly Are”.
Who this course is for:
Anyone looking to control, or stop, their drinking
