Its active ingredient – Selamectin destroys the nervous system of parasites and thus, kills fleas, immature heartworms, and flea life stages. It has a controlling action on ear mites, American dog ticks, and sarcoptic mange. When applied monthly all year round, Revolution keeps away many parasitic infections found in canines.
